While watching the first season of Hacks I was forced to face the truth that the real curse of ambition isn’t felt by the ambitious success addict but by those who love them as they grow to realize they aren’t enough.
If that doesn’t call for a >sigh< I don’t know what does.

Friends and readers of this little blog have been asking why I’ve been posting so many cartoons/comic strips instead of writing profound statements about family, entertainment, philosophy, life, et al.
My most honest response boils down to this:
Posting cartoons that have been meaningful to me is much easier than writing.
